Hello!
Tessa's approach to helping clients is deeply informed by her previous career in nursing. She brings empathy, patience, and awareness to each project.
Her own motherhood journey has given her a deep respect and recognition for those feelings of overwhelm, overstimulation and the mental load.
Tessa started Sorted Spaces because she feels that no family should have to carry the weight of an entire home alone. She works with families across the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley, showing up with sleeves rolled up, judgement left at the door and ready to support you through your organizing journey.
Daily movement is my kind of therapy.
Coffee is always a yes before noon.
Love a mix of adventure and relaxation.
Podcasts and PD books, always.
Fave places on earth (so far).... Ko Samui, Cinque Terre, Maui and Hornby Island.
We know women function better in environments that do not overwhelm or induce stress.
We help families declutter, reorganize and find rhythm in their homes.
There is research to show that a more organized home boosts productivity, alleviates anxiety and makes you a happier individual.
Less time spent tidying and more of it enjoying your family and things that fill your own cup.
The average person spends 2.5 days per year searching for misplaced items
Messy spaces often result in us repurchasing items we already own but cannot find
Research suggests making your bed is a game changer
Organizing is a form of self care
An organized home promotes relaxation and focus
The 20/20 rule is if you can replace something for under $20 in under 20 minutes it can go
Organized spaces lead to better life habits
